Abstract

In view of the problem that it is difficult to truly quantify the evaluation index of the supply chain risk and that there exist many other artificial factors. To solve this problem, a method of supply chain risk assessment is proposed in this paper based on combination weighting method and grey theory. Firstly, the index weight is determined by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and variation coefficient method. Then, using the clustering assessment function of grey theory, the composite score of each assessment object is calculated by building evaluation of gray classes and whitenization weight function. Finally, the applicability and feasibility of this method isillustrated through a case study.
