Abstract

Based on the risk characteristics of physical and chemical laboratories, risk evaluation indicators were developed according to the common safety risk problems in physical and chemical analysis laboratories, and 5 indicators in the standard layer and 32 indicators in the index layer were established. Based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the risk assessment model and risk classification standard of physical and chemical laboratory are established. The weight of evaluation indicators were calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the fuzzy evaluation matrix was established by the evaluation indicators and membership grade of index layer set. Then, the fuzzy evaluation matrix and the weight vector of index are subjected to fuzzy operation and normalized to obtain the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result could be obtained by fuzzy operation. Finally, the risk assessment model was applied on the physical and chemical laboratory of China University of Labor Relations as an example, the comprehensive risk level of the evaluation object is obtained, and the weak links of the evaluation object are determined. From the perspective of safety technology and management, the risk control measures of physical and chemical laboratories are put forward to guide the physical and chemical laboratories to carry out risk classification management and control.
