Abstract

In order to ensure the safety of long distance pipeline and prevent the occurrence of pipeline failure accidents, the minimum deviation Kent method is used to establish the risk analysis model of long-distance pipeline, and the three pipelines of central Sichuan oil and gas mine are used as examples for application. Firstly, the IAHP model is established by FTA- AHP for qualitative identification and quantitative calculation of pipeline risk factors. The entropy weight method is introduced to calculate the weight of each factor, and the minimum deviation model based on Structural Importance-EW is constructed to calculate the combined weight. Finally, based on the weight calculation results, the improved Kent method is used for risk assessment, the risk levels are all in the medium risk area. The research results show that the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual situation, and can be applied to the risk assessment of other long-distance pipelines, which can lay the foundation for the implementation of daily safety management of long-distance pipelines.
