Abstract

Aiming at the complexity and ambiguity of the risk of substation operation, a risk assessment method of substation operation based on the triangular fuzzy number AHP method and cloud model is presented. The risk assessment of substation operation is a complex multi-factor comprehensive evaluation process. Based on the principle of system engineering, the risk assessment index system for substation operation is established in four aspects: “man, machine, environment and management”. Triangular fuzzy number AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is applied to calculate the weight for each index and backward cloud generator is used to transform the marking results of experts into the numerical characteristics of the cloud model for each index. The comprehensive cloud picture and the whole evaluation cloud picture are produced by the positive cloud generator. The results show that the proposed indexes and evaluation method can reflect the risk level of substation operation intuitively, flexibly and accurately.
