Abstract

In order to reduce the operation risks in limited power space and improve the effectiveness of emergency response and rescue of accidents, various risks in the typical limited space of the power industry and the current problems in emergency response are analyzed. The risks in the limited power space can be divided into two types, including objective risks and subjective risks caused by workers during operation. In the emergency process, key improvements should be made in terms of on-site plans, personnel capabilities, rescue equipment, and linkage mechanisms to reduce casualties and property losses.
