Abstract

In recent years, as an integral component of e-commerce, the online payment especially the third-party payment accomplishes rapid development and expansion, and formed a new industry, but at the same time, this industry also faces with various risks impeding development. By using the PEST model, this article analyzed the detailed risks faced by third-party payment companies in political, economic, social and technological aspects. In the mean time, taking the Alipay as an example, this article also provided a theoretical reference for companies to identify and deal with these risks.
