Abstract

Objective: An increasing number of surgeons prefer to place an right ventricle to pulmonary artery (RV-PA) conduit at the time of Norwood stage I. Proximal shunt stenoses have led us to modify this technique using ring-enforced polytetrafluroethylene shunts.
