In this respect, the role of courts, prosecution, and lawyers is very important to make the fair trial a reality, and there is also a need for a society that respects the governance of law. Each individual has the right to a fair trial in all kinds of cases. A fair trial is not a mere right rather;, it is a bundle of rights. The study explains the fair trial and related rights in the light of different International documents. It also highlights any gap with respect to the rights of the accused that has to be filled in the legal system of Pakistan. A theoretical and comparative approach has been adopted to conclude the study.
