Abstract

We describe a case of right ventricular infarction complicating percutaneous coronary rotational atherectomy of sequential calcified right coronary artery lesions. Right ventricular infarction resulted from occlusion of two right ventricular marginal branches during successful atherectomy of the right coronary artery.
