Abstract

A 57-year-old man presented with fever, chills, and productive cough. He underwent successful radiofrequency ablation of atrial flutter 3 months prior to current presentation. His work up included a chest X-ray that showed consolidated pneumonia of right lung with a parapneumonic effusion.
