Abstract
The aim and objective of this paper is to study the issues and challenges of the Right to free and compulsory education to child Act-2009, and analyze the impact of the provisions in the present day context for the promotion and protection of Child Rights in India. The present paper begins with a historical perspective, outlines salient features of the Act, throws light on the challenges ahead and suggests ways to overcome them. This paper also importance of the education for child. As we know that children are crucial part of a country. Every country follows the interest of the child. The Interest must be protected in extreme level. The Key points are: What are the Child rights of Education? What is the salient features of Right to education Act-2009? What are the loopholes for the functioning of the Act-2009? What are the challenges for the proper implementation of the Act-2009?
