Abstract
In the article the theoretical and applied aspects of development, introduction and development of right for national security and military right are reflected in Ukraine. The analysis of public relations is conducted in the field of national security and defense, an object and system of right for national security in the USA and other countries of the anglo-saxon system of right are considered, as well as theoretical basis for selection of new fields of law. Topical issues are reflected which are related to the determination of List of the fields of knowledges and specialities used for training of applicants for higher education, and the possible ways of their solution are defined. Suggestions are developed in relation to to the passport of scientific specialization 25.256.01 – “right for national security; military right”.
