Abstract
A case of rhabdomyoma of the interventricular septum in a neonate is presented. The clinical, echocardiographic and angiographic features are described. Real-time two-dimensional echocardiography diagnosed the tumour prior to cardiac catheterization, and has subsequently been used in serial assessment of the tumour size.
