Abstract

A rhabdomyoma successfully removed from the right false cord of a 52-year-old woman, who had been disphonic for 3 years, is reported. Histologically the tumor showed the features of the adult type rhabdomyoma. The pathologic appearance and the biologic behavior of the rhabdomyoma have been well established in the recent literature.
