Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to examine the effectiveness studies aimed at organizational efficiency in the field of sports management. Considering the unique aspect of the entire management field, it can be considered that the difference of sports management from other management fields is due to the structural feature of sports. The sports field has a complex structure in which very different and various activities are carried out together. Dec. It is accepted that sports has become a social institution due to the increasing importance it is gaining in society. It can be said that sports-related institutions and organizations have a more intense relationship with the public than many other social organizations. While sports, as an educational element, is included in the curricular programs of all educational institutions, it is observed that all kinds of sports organizations affect people in different sections of society, even if in different ways. In addition, the fact that there are many studies, reviews and studies conducted both in our country and abroad on activity studies aimed at organizational efficiency in the field of sports management is very important in terms of showing to what extent the subject is cared for by academic circles and is worthy of research.
