Abstract
It was found that under the influence of commercialization, organizational changes in the structure of professional football clubs tend to occur, leading to significant changes in the organizational-management and resource aspects. Peculiar features of the organizational transformations of football clubs of the leading European countries were highlighted. It was revealed that the organizational changes in the structure of professional football clubs affected the formation of departments of marketing, communications, work with fans. Organizational and legal forms of European professional football clubs were analyzed, the trend to increase of commercial forms of their organization, which reflect the realities of today's market of sports services was confirmed.

Summary
Сутність організаційних перетворень професій них футбольних клубів під впливом комерціаліза ції є темою досліджень багатьох зарубіжних фа хівців. Сьогодні фахівцями розглядають ся питання організаційної структури професійних футбольних клубів, а також зміни, які в них від буваються під впливом комерціалізації [2,3,4,5]. У норматив но-правових документах УЄФА [8, 9] відображе но організаційні аспекти діяльності футбольних клубів, виконання яких необхідне для отримання ліцензії на участь у змаганнях під егідою УЄФА.
