Abstract
In this work a SOC (System On Chip) design methodology, considering electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) is proposed. High frequency CMOS device models have been revised and adapted to the conditions required by a particular SoC chip. RF simulations were carried out in analog and digital SoĆs CMOS cells, using these models, including electromagnetic interference.
