Fitzpatrick Liseli A. Fitzpatrick is a Trinidadian poet and professor of African cosmologies and sacred ontologies in the Africana studies department at Wellesley College. Her penchant for poetry is driven by her deep-rooted desire to effect emancipatory change in the cocreation of an equitable, just, and breathable world.
