Abstract
The current communication trend is to unwire the globe by implementing the cellular services with Telephone Network access technologies. The management of new services is a key aspect in day-to-day telecom operations. Recent services utilize hybrid networks from the customer premises equipment, through the operator access network, over its core network, and through to the other end. The services can traverse multiple networks and be separated to many different Network Elements. Today’s network is a much greater involvement of the end customer. The burning issue in communication is to enable innovative applications & services such as multimedia entertainment, infotainment, location based services.
