REVITALIZATION OF INDUSTRIAL TERRITORIES AND OBJECTS IN LARGE CITIES OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The article summarizes the current experience of using industrial territories in major of Ukraine, identifies the main problems and ways to solve them. The influence of the size of the city on the functional filling of the revitalized industrial building is considered, the place of the creative is determined. The modern approaches to renovation and revitalization of industrial territories of settlements are given. The urgency of the topic is due to the need for free territories in the territory of modern settlements, and the decline of a large part of industrial buildings and territories often leads to the dispersion of urban fabric and the emergence of appropriate voids in construction. Therefore, the generalization of foreign and domestic experience in the revitalization of industrial territories and transformation of production facilities will to develop methodological approaches to solving the relevant design problems of real and education design. There are two ways of using the former industrial territories, which usually occupy a large area and consist of a whole complex of structures. The first option involves the complete clearing of the site for new construction. The second option involves the partial preservation of the existing industrial development, especially if it is entered in the security register, with its re-profile.
