Abstract
AbstractLeioproctus (Cladocerapis)Cockerell is revised and 2 new species,L. (C.) floccosusandL. (C.) ignicolor, are described. The following new synonyms are proposed:Paracolletes carinatifronsCockerell, 1929 =Cladocerapis colmaniRayment, 1950 andCladocerapis goraeensisRayment, 1953;Paracolletes incanescensCockerell, 1913 =Paracolletes punctiventrisCockerell, 1929 andCladocerapis persooniaeRayment, 1950;Paracolletes speculiferusCockerell, 1921 =Cladocerapis heroniiRayment, 1935,Cladocerapis woyensisRayment, 1935 andCladocerapis hackeriRayment, 1950. A key to the 9 species now included in the subgenus is provided. Most species appear to be oligolectic on flowers ofPersooniaspp. (Proteaceae).
