Abstract

ABSTRACT The genus Typhloctonus Muma is redescribed and includes 11 described species. Typhloctonus prunus Denmark and Rather is proposed as a new species. All species are described and except for vollsella Chaudhri are illustrated. A key to species is provided. Some species formerly placed in Typhloctonus are placed in other genera. New combinations are, Tasmanidromus cottieri (Collyer) and Neoseiulellus nesbitti (Womersley).
