Abstract
The number of cases of muscle-invasive bladder cancer is increasing along with the age of the population (Rose and Milowsky in Curr Opin Urol 25(5):459–467, 2015). Management of muscle-invasive bladder cancer in the elderly is complex. A geriatric assessment should be used to guide treatment (Rose and Milowsky in Curr Opin Urol 25(5):459–467, 2015). This chapter covers related systematic reviews to bladder cancer management in elderly patients.
