Abstract

The following summary is intended to acquaint braille readers and transcribers with the significant changes in the braille system. It does not include all of the major rule changes designed primarily for uniformity of embossing. These may be found in the official code manual, published in braille and inkprint editions by the American Printing House for the Blind, 1839 Frankfort Avenue, Louisville 6, Kentucky.
