Abstract
本综述重点阐述EBUS-TBNA在日常肺部疾病诊疗中的作用。所列举的病例为EBUS-TBNA的常见适应征，包括：①肺癌分期；②确诊胸部恶性淋巴结；③诊断中央型肺部肿块；④诊断肺结节病；⑤诊断炎性/良性胸部淋巴结。这项技术应用广泛，有经验的支气管镜医师经过适当的训练后，该技术将成为支气管镜检查的一部分。
