Abstract

The development of electricity generation from renewable sources, particularly photovoltaic energy (PV), as well as the significant growth of electric mobility with electric vehicles (EVs), leads us to contemplate the potential impacts of these components may have on an existing distribution electrical network. An electrical distribution network is designed to supply electrical loads in one specific direction while maintaining the quality of its technical parameters, such as current, voltage, and frequency. In this article, through a literature review, we will explore how the integration of each component, photovoltaic energy, and electric vehicles, individually and in combination, can impact the electrical distribution network. In addition, we will examine based on a literature review, the methods proposed by various authors to enhance the impacts occurring on the network due to this integration.
