Abstract

Rosemary extract has physiological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, antibacterial and antioxidant, and has great economic and research value. The extraction methods of rosemary extract include solvent extraction and supercritical fluid extraction. Its purification methods include crystallization, solvent extraction, and macroporous resin adsorption. This article focuses on the analysis of rosemary extract, which mainly includes the key research results both at home and abroad in terms of its antibacterial and antiseptic, biological functions and extraction, purification and antiseptic mechanisms. The purpose of the study is to promote the application of rosemary extract in antibacterial and antiseptic and provide a theoretical basis.
