Abstract

The current state policy aimed at the youth of China at the present stage is analyzed. Due to the large number of this socio-demographic group as youth, this study is relevant. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main vector of work with youth in modern China, to present a sketch of the activity of the institutions of state youth policy. The efforts of the leadership of the country focused on the resolution of new external and internal challenges aimed at youth were outlined. The work gives a brief historical excursion into the topic, there are comparative characteristics of the experience of work with youth in other states. The emphasis in the article is made on the legal framework of youth policy in China and the organization of leadership and management processes. The experience of work of the Communist Youth Union of China from open sources, the main of which is the website of the organization, is considered. The main directions of work with youth are highlighted. The ideological component of the organization is briefly presented. The conclusion is made about the paternalistic model of youth policy organization in China.
