Abstract

In the modern world, bullying problems in educational institutions, as well as uncontrolled aggression and auto-aggression among adolescents, are increasingly occurring. In this regard, scientists and teachers in various countries of the world are trying to develop a set of measures to solve these problems. In this regard, the Finnish experience is especially interesting, because Finland traditionally occupies high places in international educational ratings, and good education indicators are not possible without a friendly atmosphere in educational institutions among students. This article discusses the KiVa and Arvokas programs used in Finnish educational institutions, as well as discusses the principles of positive pedagogy that Finnish teachers adhere to in their work.
