Abstract

Abstract Date Presented 04/02/2022 The Child Assessment of Function Eating (CAFE) was designed to provide a comprehensive feeding assessment, with all major components (self-feeding, self-drinking, mealtime behavior, oral-motor skills, sensory food preferences, nutritional intake) in one assessment. This poster will present the normative data obtained from 63 children ages 3-7 years who were evaluated with the CAFE. Data collection included a 3-day food diary, the CAFE form, and a food preference checklist.
