Abstract

Waqf is the allocation of something for the public interest, as a donation or interest related to religion. This paper aims to determine the implementation of land wakafan in Masjid Al Hidayah, Winong Hamlet, Jatisawit Village, KUA Area, Jatiyoso District, Karanganyar Regency, as well as its review in Islamic Law. This research uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the implementation of land wakafan was in accordance with the prevailing regulations in Indonesia, namely: Law No. 41 of 2004 concerning Endowments, and Government Regulation No. 28 of 1977. Waqf is also valid and has fulfilled the requirements and pillars of waqf as stipulated in Islamic Law
