Abstract

Incentive tourism is an integral part of business tourism or business tourism. The article discusses the main features of the development of incentive tourism in the European tourism market. The range of incentive programs in Europe is very wide both in destinations and in content. The main countries of Europe where business tourism in general and incentive tourism in particular are developing are considered. It is noted that one of the most popular countries in Europe for incentive events is Austria. Great tourist attractiveness in general and in the field of incentive tourism have the United Kingdom, Germany, Hungary, Malta, Italy, Spain, Finland, Switzerland. In these countries, a combination of high development of tourism and transport infrastructure, the presence of a modern hotel base and congress centers is noted. A direct correlation was noted between the level of development of the hospitality industry infrastructure and the position of the country in terms of incentive travel.There is no conflict of interests.
