Abstract
The calibration of optical cameras plays an important role in asteroid exploration missions. The geometric calibration and radiometric calibration of cameras have been applied in exploration missions all over the world. The accurately calibrated camera can complete important tasks such as optical navigation, surface observation, selecting landing and sampling points, and the images can be used in scientific research such as three-dimensional terrain reconstruction and light variation inversion of asteroids. The development of geometric and radiometric calibration methods of optical cameras and the application of calibration technology of optical cameras in asteroid missions are reviewed. In addition, the current situation and development trend of calibration methods of optical cameras are summarized, which provide reference and suggestions for the calibration technology of optical cameras in China's asteroid exploration mission.
