Her publications include Concert Life in Haydn's Vienna (1989) and German Music Criticism in the Late Eighteenth Century (1997). Together with Bathia Churgin, she has edited The Eighteenth-Century Symphony (in press), which will appear as the first volume of The Symphonic Repertoire, published by Indiana University Press.
