Abstract
The kinetics of reversible polymolecular adsorption was studied theoretically in main terms of the BET model. A system of equations that describes the adsorption process is derived and the analytical solution of a given system for the finite number of adsorption sites is found. The effect of equilibrium and kinetic parameters of adsorption system on the kinetics of adsorption is analyzed.
