Abstract

In this type of fracture, over 908 of angulation ofthe radial head is an alarming sign of a potentialcomplication that frequently occurs with closedreduction. This is an obscured mal-reduction witha reversal position of the radial head which, ifmissed, can result in serious consequences. Thispotential complication was first reported by Jefferyin 1950
