Abstract
A new method of isolation, concentration, and determination of some sulfanilamides by reverse-phase HPLC is proposed. The optimum chromatographic conditions and mobile phases are selected, and the UV-spectra of components are analyzed. The completeness of extraction and the minimum detectable amounts of compounds under consideration are determined.
