Abstract

Surgical procedures to improve aesthetics and function for Madelung deformity are numerous and difficult to assess because the disease is uncommon. The authors evaluated an original technique based on reverse wedge osteotomy of the distal radius in a retrospective study of 12 cases, and attempted to modelize the procedure.
