Abstract
In this study, we are able to fine tune I-rich (AX-rich, such as CH3NH3I) or I-poor (Pb-rich) growth conditions, which allowing us to deposit highly crystalline “phase-pure” 1.53eV bandgap α-FA0.95Cs0.05PbI3composition.
