Abstract
Laboratory tests of cerebrospinal fluid has a long history and multiple service items. It has a positive guiding value in the diagnosis and treatment of central nervous system diseases. With the deepening of people′s understanding of the nervous system diseases, the examination items have developed from single to diversity, from the initial medical examination to biochemistry, molecular biology exams, from the cell, protein level to the gene, molecular level.
