Introduction

Root canal treatment is a common dental procedure and most cases are treated uneventfully. Site of fragment: Separation of instrument could be at any level in the canal such as coronal third, middle third, apical third or beyond the apex. The site at which the instrument separates could influence success rate of its retrieval from the canal.[1]
