"ZIC2 promotes viability and invasion of human osteosarcoma cells by suppressing SHIP2 expression and activating PI3K/AKT pathways," by Shuaihao Huang and Anmin Jin, J Cell Biochem. 2018; 2248-2257: The above article, published online on 31 August 2017 in Wiley Online Library (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.1002/jcb.26387), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the journal's Editor-in-Chief, Prof. Dr. Christian Behl and Wiley Periodicals LLC. The retraction has been agreed following an investigation based on allegations raised by a third party. Raw experimental data was not accessible anymore and thus the validity of the overall results could not be confirmed.
