The above article from Vox Sanguinis, published online on July 14, 2010 in Wiley Online Library (http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/), has been retracted by agreement between the authors, the journal Editor in Chief, Dr. Miquel Lozano, and John Wiley and Sons. The retraction has been agreed due to unattributed overlap between this article and the following article published in Seminars in Thrombosis and Hemostasis, "Change in protein phenotype without a nucleus: translational control in platelets", by A.
