Abstract

Dear Editor, In the April issue of Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, Stonek et al. have published the results of a prospective study on the association between pregnancy complications and the genotype frequencies of an interleukin-10 (IL-10)-1082 G/A single nucleotide polymorphism (1). I am listed as a co-author of this study. I have, however, not been involved in the design, statistical calculations, and writing of this manuscript, nor have I seen or approved the final version of this manuscript. Although I have no reason to doubt the findings presented within this article, I wish to state that I deny any scientific responsibility for this article. Sincerely yours,
