Abstract

We study a 3-3-1 model based on non-Abelian discrete symmetry group T 13 which accommodates lepton mixing with non-zero θ 13 and CP violation phase. The neutrinos get small masses and mixing with CP violation phase from S U(3) L antisextets which are all in triplets under T 13. If both breakings T 13 → Z 3 and Z 3 → {Identity} are taken place in neutrino sector, and T 13 is broken into Z 3 in lepton sector, the realistic neutrino mixing form is obtained as a natural consequence of P l and T 13 symmetries. The model predicts the lepton mixing with non-zero θ 13, and also gives a remarkable prediction of Dirac CP violation δ C P = 292.5∘ in the normal spectrum, and δ C P = 303.161∘ in the inverted spectrum which is still missing in the neutrino mixing matrix. There exist some regions of model parameters that can fit the experimental data in 2014 on neutrino masses and mixing without perturbation.
