International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics, 155: 512-517. https://doi.org/10.1002/ijgo.13604 The above article, published online on 18 January 2021 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com), has been retracted by agreement between the journal Editor-in-Chief, Professor Michael Geary, the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics, and John Wiley and Sons Ltd. Concerns were raised by a third party about inconsistencies in the data of this article and the authors were asked to provide an explanation. The authors responded to the journal's inquiry and provided original data. Following the authors' response, an independent review of the available data concluded that the BMI and gestational age data showed compelling evidence of repetition and that multiple results could not be reproduced. The journal has determined that this evidence fundamentally compromises the conclusions of the article. As such, the journal is issuing this retraction. The authors disagree with this retraction.
