Numer Methods Partial Differential Eq. 2021; 37: 2375–2392. https://doi.org/10.1002/num.22719The above article published online on 12 December 2020 in Wiley Online Library (wileyonlinelibrary.com) has been retracted by agreement between the Editor, Clayton G. Webster, and Wiley Periodicals, LLC. The retraction has been agreed following concerns raised by a third party regarding the peer review process. Further investigation by the publisher has found manipulation of the peer review process. As a result, the conclusions reported in the article are not considered reliable. Corresponding author Duisebek Nurgabyl disagrees with the retraction. Alpamys Uaissov was contacted but did not respond.
