Abstract

Two new lanthanide coordination polymers (CPs) of {[Dy(L) (H 2 O)]·3CH 3 CN} n ( 1 ) and {(Me 2 NH 2 ) 0.5 [Dy(L) (HCOO − ) 0.5 H 2 O]·DMF·4EtOH·H 2 O} n ( 2 ) have been prepared via utilizing the tris(4-carboxyphenyl)phosphane oxide (H 3 L) as the organic linker under solvothermal conditions. The treatment activity of the compounds on cardiovascular disease in children was evaluated. Several experiments were performed to develop new candidates for the cardiovascular disease treatment. For biological activity evaluation, the release of Creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK) and serum cardiac troponin (CT) was evaluated with enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection kit. The cardiomyocytes apoptosis was determined by the apoptosis detection kit and Western blot. The accumulation of the ROS in the cardiomyocytes was also detected by flow cytometry. • Two lanthanide coordination polymers have been prepared. • The treatment activity of the compounds on cardiovascular disease in children was evaluated. • The treatment activity of the compounds on cardiovascular disease in children was evaluated.
