Abstract
Web 3.0 emergence established various opportunities that helped users to reach their objectives through utilizing modern technology and developments. It is noticed that Web 3.0 will be more integrated and smarter. So, libraries can wait without benefiting the developments gained by Web 3.0 use as they shall adopt the use of information technology to provide and deliver their services to users more effectively. Hence, this article shed the light and discusses in deep the role of the libraries in the Web 3.0 environment and the innovated service to cope up with this generation. The major achieved results of this article reveal the following facts: Library 3.0 will provide access to references and services to users without focusing the geographic area. Web 3.0 application came with the wide spread of smart phones, so that their application are designed to be used on mobiles. The study proposed several recommendations including: the necessity to find out more applications and software to serve libraries and beneficiaries. Libraries have to develop their services based on Web 3.0 and its new opportunities.
