Abstract
In view of its preparation for the certification ISO 9001:2015 The Moroccan national office of airports in particular at Fes’s airport seeks to identify the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties participating in the logistics chain and who contribute to the developments of airport’s activities, also to analyze the risks related to the existence of a variety of actors whose priorities of each face sometimes to the others organization, which does not facilitate the coordination and communication between them.
